Tools we use and you should to!
So your going to need a few tools to help you work with your VA. The tools i have listed below we actually use every day and highly recommend them. no affiliate links here but im sure they can improve the quality and productivity of your work
Skype- For chatting and calling. Easy to use and you can set up business accounts to control your staff. Skype is also good for making calls both free online and paid offline. Offline calls are fairly cheap and can be recoded with Pamela plug in
Gmail- Best email out there. You Can integrate your own domain name and once again set up business account that you control
Google Docs- For creating documents. Easy to create share and store with your VA. Google Docs is all online so you can access from anywhere there is Internet
Time Doctor/Hivedesk- For monitoring your VA. Fairly cheap and both include time tracking software so you know exactly how long your VA has worked. Also they have screen shots so you can see exactly what your VA is doing simply tell your VA that if they are not logged into time doctor no pay
Basecamp- project managemet software. Great for keeping track of your project. you can easily set tasks for your VA and to-do lists and easily follow up on them
Dropbox- File sharing software. So easy to share any files or documents with your VA rather then sending by email every time.
WordPress- For creating websites/blogs. Make sure all your VA’s are familiar with WordPress.
