Those that pass the testing phase will then be put through the initial interview stage which is undertaken by our recruitment team, including John Paul Grant. This is either done by phone or face-t0-face when possible. The interview process has a number of areas we are looking at, including but not limited to, personality, skills, attitude & communication.
7. Questions / Salary Negotiations
If we have any questions at this point this is when we we’ll contact you. Once there are no questions remaining, we will then negotiate a salary with the candidates.
9. Decision Time
It is time for you to interview and quiz the final three candidates and make your choice.

6. Background / Reference Checks
Those that satisfy the interview stage, then move onto the background & reference check. This is one of the biggest mistakes people make when hiring staff. Because we are on the ground in the Philippines we are able check with government agencies for any criminal record as well as any negative spots on their employment history.
8. Three Candidates
When the recruitment team think they have found a good fit, we’ll send you the three best candidates in a well presented & documented format.
